“Quattro sorelle” line is born from the careful selection of raw materials and a manufacturing process faithful to tradition. For the production of cured meats only Lucanian meat is used, preferring noble cuts such as, for example, ham for sausage. Even the gut is completely natural.
Alongside the typical Lucanian spices, such as the wild fennel from Baragiano and the famous Senise chili pepper, other typical flavors have been selected. The Penja pepper (PGI), one of the best in the world, gives the Headcheese an intense and incisive aroma, the Voghiera garlic PDO is ideal to delicately aromatize the pudding sausage. As for the salt, the choice fell on the whole of Trapani, which keeps all the precious mineral substances intact.
